Error description

• When linking an RTC work item with a CQ record, the dialog box
  where the users can search and select the CQ record offers a
  fixed value of 20 records in the result set, even if the same CQ
  user has a CQWeb preference set to a higher number (In CQWeb:
  Preferences -> Result Set - Number of rows in one page).
  The expected behavior is that the delegated UI uses this
  preference value in the same web that the CQWeb client does.

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.0.5 and 9.0.1.1
